Home Alone Beans

I was introduced to this simple recipe over on the Cooking Light Bulletin Board. It doesn't get much easier and it is so good. I had it on a tortilla today, but usually I just serve it with some brown rice. I figured after the failure of yesterday I needed a no fail recipe.
